DBSNMP,SYSMAN users in oracle database.

Hi friends i have deleted DBSNMP,SYSMAN users in oracle database.....can i configure EMCA for my database using "emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate" command.

    Yes, properly set the environment variables and unlock the DBSNMP, SYSMAN account..!!!
